Servant Leadership is a philosophy of life and leadership dedicated to the growth and development of others. Servant Leaders are committed to building value-based institutions that contribute to creating a sustainable, just, and caring society.

Over the past decade, a number of colleges and universities in Georgia have developed leadership programs based on the principles and values of Servant Leadership. Many of these initiatives are supported by the generosity of individuals and organizations that believe in the concept and goals of Servant Leadership. The Georgia Servant Leadership Alliance was formed to serve these institutions of higher education and contribute to strengthening the relationship with the funding community.
